Under Sub-Component 3.1, the project will build emergency response capacity at selected secondary and tertiary hospitals.\u00a0 The sub-component will support selected hospitals with additional resources to strengthen their capacity to respond to COVID-19, specifically by setting up isolation areas, fully functioning emergency departments, critical care units, blood banks, laboratory and imaging center support, oxygen plants and in acquiring respiratory support devices, and blood therapy inputs and capacity. The e-mail address is provided below.<\/p>\n<p>The consultant service is expected to be conducted and reports delivered within 24 months from commencement.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Health now invites eligible consulting Independent Engineer (\u201cConsultant\u201d) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
