1. Dhammaan dada ka safraya Soomaaliya loogama baahna Warqadda Caddeynta Baaritaan ee Caabuqa COVID-19 (PCR iyo Rapid).
2. Dhammaan dadka usoo safraya Soomaaliya loogama baahna in ay la yimaadaan Warqadda Cadeynta Baaritaanka Caabuqa COVID-19 (PCR iyo Rapid).
3. Dadka ka dhoofaya Soomaaliya waxaa looga baahan yahay in ay iska hubiyaan una hoggaansamaan sharuudaha iyo habraacyada Wadamada ay u socdaan ee la xariira COVID19.

Waxay sidoo kale ku dhiiri galinaysaa muwaadaniinta in ay qaataan Talaalka COVID-19 kana ilaaliyaan naftooda iyo kan ehealadooda khatarta Caabuqa.

Exemption of Pre-Departure COVID-19 Testing (PCR/Rapid Antigen Test) of Travelers departing and arriving in Somalia
Due to the continuing fall of COVID-19 cases around the world along with the ongoing COVID-19 vaccination programs, the Ministry of Health and Human service herby announces to set a new update that will be applied to the current measures that are in place:
Entering/Exiting the country via Airports and Seaports
a. Residents are no longer required to take the COVID-19 test (PCR/ Rapid Antigen Test when departing outside Somalia.
b. Visitors and travellers are no longer required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR/ Rapid Antigen Test for pre-boarding and on arrival in Somalia.
c. International travellers travelling to aboard are required to abide by the COVID-19- related travel and health requirements of the destination country.
The Ministry of Health & Human Services stresses the need for all residents and visitors of the country to continue to follow the standard preventive measures to reduce the risk of infection and to vaccinate themself and their family members fully. This update comes into effect on 26th October 2022.
