Md. Mohamed Hassan Mohamed Bulaale, Deputy Minister of Health and Human Services, met today with Ms. Anita Kiki Gbeho, Deputy Special Envoy of the United Nations, to discuss the delivery of health services. Also, it was acknowledged that it is essential that drought relief operations include health care for the impacted population.
This discussion will be a prelude to future talks between the UN office for humanitarian relief and the directors of the Ministry of Health to enhance the country’s health care system.
